Mr. Ganch serves as Director of Development for Viridian Partners, with responsibilities including acquisition due diligence as well as the development and implementation of project objectives including entitlement approvals, budget, schedule and quality control.
Mr. Ganch has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience including ten years with Jones Lang LaSalle’s development services group where he managed a wide array of development projects for corporations, institutions and investors. Most recently, Mr. Ganch spent four years running his own development consulting company, Vertical Strategies, where his primary focus was on land acquisition and repositioning assignments for private investors.
During his career, Mr. Ganch has completed over 100 various projects in excess of $1 billion including office, retail, industrial, transportation, institutional, hotel and residential developments.
