Mr. Goss is a Founding Principal and President of Viridian Partners, LLC. Mr. Goss chairs Viridian’s investment committee and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and each project’s underwriting, capitalization, and eventual asset disposition.
Prior to founding Viridian, Mr. Goss served as Executive Vice President of ORIX Real Estate Equities and two predecessor companies, Jones Lang LaSalle and The Galbreath Company. During his 10 year tenure, Mr. Goss profitably managed the development of over 28 projects, valued in excess of $1.5 billion. During his 35 year career, Mr. Goss additionally created and sold a real estate investment advisory firm, served as regional acquisition director for both First National Bank of Chicago and McNeil Pension Advisory Group, and completed in excess of $3 billion of office, retail, and industrial investments and developments.
