Erik Zitek serves as Development Manager for Viridian Partners. Mr. Zitek’s responsibilities include acquisition due diligence, market and financial analysis, project performance monitoring and reporting, and disposition coordination.
Mr. Zitek has managed real estate developments including office, flex, industrial, and mixed-use for groups including Panattoni Development Company and The O’Connor Group. In addition to his professional career, Mr. Zitek is very involved with the University of Colorado Real Estate Council, the Special Olympics of Colorado, and the National Sports Center for the Disabled.
